Kent Rust Converter 500ml – Ensures a uniform and sustainable conversion of corroded patches and forms a stable foundation for subsequent coatings!

Rust Convertor is a surface treatment and primer for rusted surfaces. Due to its reactivity with rust and iron, it converts rust into a stable primer coat that can be coated with most paints. Its great temperature resistance allows application on hot surfaces of up to 180 °C.

For industrial applications such as machinery, agricultural machinery, tank construction, steel structures and automotive maintenance and repair.

Instructions

1. Remove any loose rust, dirt, grease, oil and salt residues.
2. Shake well before use.
3. Spray 2 – 3 thin layers without flash-off time. Keep a distance of 20 – 30 cm from the surface.
4. Allow to convert and dry.
5. Sand to improve adhesion of the next layer, preferably an anti-corrosive primer.
