Bondlock Copper Anti Seize Grease 500G

Bondloc’s Copper Anit-Seize is specially formulated for protection against seizure even in extreme service conditions. Makes assembling and dismantling of equipment easier and helps protect rust, oxidisation and other corrosion. Resistance to water and acids is high and it will not burn off under extreme temperature stress.

Min / Max Temp: -150°C – +1,100°C

Applications
Makes assembling and dismantling of equipment easier and helps protect against rust, oxidation and other corrosion. Resistant to temperatures up to 1093°C and is suitable for use on exhaust bolts, brake calliper bolts, steam valve threads etc. Can be used on brake callipers and the back of brake pads. It can be used on threaded parts, reduces torque, prevents seizing and galling, give quick and easy breakout of threads, gaskets and packings.

Directions
Clean mating surfaces for application. Note when grinding or wire brushing use a dust mask. Dust from cleaning threads may contain metal compounds. Inhalation may cause lung injury or other harm. Apply a thin coating to threads, flats, nuts and bolts. Assemble and wipe away any excess.
